Newmark's high resolution gimbal mounts are offered in manual and motorized versions.

This Gimbal features sub-arc second resolution and backlash free motion with a unique leadscrew drive system. The crossed roller bearings in both axes provide excellent stability and smothness of motion in a small profile. The motorized version has .009 arc-second resolution. The elevation range is 360° continuous in coarse mode. The Azimuth coarse range is 90°. The fine mode in both axes is 6°. A unique clutch system is used in the coarse mode.
