The RMS-5 is completely sealed from the outside environment. Perfect for applications such as semi-conductor wafer cutting.

The design takes advantage of a single preloaded crossed roller bearing for the table movement. This design approach eliminates the use of a dual bearing configuration thus improving on axial runout and wobble. This rotary stage is offered with a standard gear ratio of 90:1. A proprietary gear preload system insures zero backlash in the gear train. .
