Key Features:
IP-65 rated: The RS-5 rotary stage is suited for most demanding industrial and severe environment applications. It is resistant to dust and moisture.
Sealed lubrication design: The gear train and other internal components are immersed in lubricating oil sealed for the life of the product. Continuous recirculating lubrication decreases wear on the worm gear, making it suitable for high-duty cycle applications while eliminating the requirement for periodic maintenance.
Gear train materials selection: The worm shaft is made of hardened steel and precision ground, ensuring durability and high precision. It is mated to an aluminum-bronze alloy worm wheel for its excellent wear resistance and low friction characteristics.
Motor options: The RS-5 rotary stage is available with a wide rage of motor options including stepper motors, MDrive with integrated controller, and brushless servo motors. It is also available without motor.
